Hello Delegates for the 1st Congressional District
Convention at the Williamsburg Marriott Kingsmill, Saturday, May 17 !

The agenda for the day will include:

• 10-noon, FREE Grassroots and VAN database training chaired by James City County Chair Ralph Breslers
• 10-noon, Meetings of the Credentials, Rules, and Resolutions Committees
• Noon, Box lunches (pre-register for lunch)
• 11-1 pm, Check (credentialing) of Delegates
• 1-4 pm, Convention
• 4:30-6:00 pm, Turn 1st CD BLUE Reception (pre-register, cash bar).

A flyer with complete information and directions to the convention site will follow today or tommorrow.

Visitors and friends are welcome to attend as well. There will be room for public seating.

The Convention will be appointing three representatives to the STATE CONVENTION Permanent Rules and Credentials Committees. If you would like to be considered for Nomination to the State Convention Rules Committee, please send your contact information and a short statement of why you should be selected to John C.
